Hiked Triple Arch yesterday… a tough 9 miles, but we were booking it and finished in 5 hours. 💪🏼 Definitely a challenging one… and those are the hikes I’ve grown to love the most. A couple years ago I didn’t even hike. Now I can’t imagine my life without it. Hiking came into my life during a season of change. Instead of sitting in the quiet, I chose to step out of my comfort zone and start showing up on the trails. It’s made me stronger physically… but even stronger emotionally. It gave me somewhere to put my energy when my heart needed it most.
